Literally nothing works except for the water. No soap, no brush, no triple foam conditioner, nothing. Whoever owns this please contact me so you can sell it so that the car wash can actually run properly. Poor management like I’ve never seen.

Do not take your lowered car here. The bay entries and exits are STEEP and you will scrub / get stuck. Not to mention the fact half the bays do not work.

It cost $4 for 4 minutes. Chance the exact money you will use at that particular carwash because the machine gives you tokens NO quarters.

machine consistently stole my money. it would not take my cash. it would not let me swipe my debit card. it only let me uses my credit on tap. the premise is that you pay more for the first go, then if you pay again before it runs out, you get the next round of 4 minutes for only a dollar. however, EVERY SINGLE TIME, it refused to take my tap until the exact moment it ran out and started over. when i tried to swipe it would say authorizing and do nothing. also the sprayer was very thin on some things so i would have to use 3+ rounds to get the car fully coated. the soap brush ran out of soap. and you fully lose one of your 4 minutes fighting with the machine. overall horrible experience, i'm definitely going to try to chargeback with my credit card bc they stole from me. i wouldn't have gone here if i knew this- yesterday for some reason the reviews were all missing from here and i couldn't access them so i took the chance. of course now they're showing up and i see many other stories like mine. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DEFINITELY CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT AFTERWARDS.

If no stars were a thing. Tried this place twice. First time, bay at the far right of the entrance. Card swipe, nope. Fumbled around to and found the nfc tap. Kinda sketch. Works. Need to add time? Swipe? No. Tap? No. Random button push near the scanner? Works. Spot free rinse? Yeah go ahead try it. Water just drips out. Second time, tried a different bay. This time the middle bay. Spot free rinse? Nah, we leaving with spots today. Acted like it was doing something for all of 15 seconds only to then start dripping water with a full minute left on the clock.
